Background Pregnant women infected with HIV are not required to undergo routine cesarean section. Instead, the decision regarding the method of delivery, whether through normal delivery or cesarean section, should be based on specific medical indications and the clinical condition of the mother and fetus. Cesarean section can be considered as an effort to reduce the risk of HIV transmission from mother to baby, especially if the mother's viral load is high or there are other risk factors. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the intervention of wound care and the provision of boiled eggs carried out to accelerate post-sc wound healing in patient Mrs. V.U with HIV on Treatment in the Irina D Bawah room of RSUP. Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado. Method This case study was conducted with a nursing care approach that included assessment, nursing diagnosis, implementation and evaluation. Results After evaluating the post-SC (Sectio Cesarerea) case with HIV on Treatment due to post-surgery by performing wound care interventions and giving boiled eggs for 3 days, the results obtained were that acute pain was reduced and the risk of infection decreased. The conclusion of pregnant women post-SC HIV on Treatment after performing wound care interventions and consuming boiled eggs, post-SC wound healing occurred faster.
